- Add email@example.com to their email account's approved senders list to receive essential Brazen emails.
- Make sure to register for the event and fill out their Rep Profile. Even if they have worked at a Brazen event in the past, they need to confirm their registration for any new event.
- Take our quick start Representative training on brazenU.
- Test their internet connection, update their browser to the latest version, and ensure their browser has camera and microphone permissions enabled. They can review audio and video troubleshooting information here.
- Know where to access Live Chat Support for immediate help and where to submit a help request for less urgent assistance.
