Rep Handoff allows Representatives to pass an Attendee to other Representatives within their specific chat booth or other booths within an event. This is great to use for exceptional attendees that will benefit from speaking with multiple people at an organization, or to get another Representative’s opinion. Representatives can also manage their own chat settings, and can choose to only chat with Attendees who have been pre-screened for them.
The handed off Attendee, if they accept the new chat invitation, is placed in designated Representatives chat queues prioritized above any regular chats within those booths.
If the Attendee is not already engaged in their maximum number of simultaneous chats, they are automatically connected as soon as a designated Representative is available.

The setting Permit participants to reconnect can affect how Rep Handoff works within your event.
By default, an Attendee can’t connect with the same Representative twice. Checking this box lets them reconnect with a Representative they're already met after a certain time limit.
