Group Video booths in Brazen allow multiple event participants to connect within one audio/video session. They create a unique event experience perfect for workshops, Q&A sessions, event information sharing, and more!
While the one-on-one text, audio and video booth chat experience is an effective way to engage event attendees, Representatives may not be able to engage with every interested attendee. As an alternative to one-on-one chat booths, Group Video booths enable you to hold live discussions between one Group Video booth Host and up to eight participants. Note that this booth type allows only audio/video chat, and does not have a text chat option.
Creating a Group Video Booth
Group Video booths can be added to all Brazen event types, and Event Hosts can add more than one Group Video booth to an event. Like other booth types, Group Video booths can also be added to series and templates.
Once your Group Video booth has been added, the booth configuration is divided into three pages: Settings, Content, and Host.
Group Video Settings includes General Information, Booth Tags, Booth Owners, and Social settings.
Assigned Booth Owners can configure booth settings and content, but they will not be able to download any post-event reports. While the Allow Booth Owners to download reports option is available on this page, there are currently no post-event reports associated with the Group Video booth type.
Content allows configuration of Booth Preview Content, the Booth Home Tab, the Opportunities Tab, and the Custom Tab. Unlike other chat booth types, SmartQueue is not supported for Group Video booths at this time.
Group Video booths require a Host to enable and end the video sessions, however they cannot support more than one Host at a time. If the Host is not available when the event is live, the booth's content will be visible to attendees, but the Group Video session will not be available.
