Brazen Group Video booths allow multiple event participants to connect within one audio/video session! Group Video booths are indicated with an icon at the top right of booth cards in the event Lobby:
as well as next to Group Video booth titles in Search Booths.
Enter a Group Video booth's queue to chat by selecting its toggle in the search results.
Or, click Enter on the booth's Lobby card. Then, click the green Chat button to enter the booth queue.
Group Video booths are limited to one assigned host and eight participants at one time, and you will be added to the group chat as space becomes available. If you need to take a break or step away from the event, you can toggle Chat Availability in the left sidebar to "Unavailable" and your spot in the Group Video queue will be reserved for when you become available again.
Chatting in Group Video Booths
While chatting in a Group Video booth, you have controls at the bottom of the screen to toggle your audio and video on and off, as well as a button to leave the booth. When your video is off and/or your audio is muted, the controls turn red and display a slash through the respective icon. When you enter the booth, your camera and microphone are disabled by default. When your video is disabled, Brazen displays your profile picture instead.
Group Video chats show a glowing orange indicator at the top right of the speaker's stream tile to signal which user is speaking.
In order to participate in the audio or video chat, your browser must allow Brazen permission to use the camera and microphone. If your settings are not properly configured, you'll receive a pop-up notifier.

When chatting in Group Video booths, you can simultaneously engage in one-on-one text chats in other booths. If you have a Scheduled Chat, you'll still be able to accept it without leaving the Group Video chat. Scheduled Chats will be limited to text only while you're in a Group Video chat. You can easily toggle between chats in the Chat modal at the left of your screen.
