Brazen Administrators have the option to allow Reps to invite Registrants to their booth when creating a new event or series. If this feature is enabled, all of the event Representatives can:
- View Registrants for the event.
- Filter through the Registrants based on their answers to the registration questions*
- Invite Registrants to chat in their booth.
*You have the ability to show only certain fields about Registrants to Representatives. When Display on Profile is unchecked for a registration field, that field is not shown to Representatives and not included in Booth Owner reports.
Admins can enable or disable this setting after the event has been created by navigating to the SETTINGS > Connections page in the event. Otherwise, follow the link to the New Event page from the EVENT HOME screen.
