By default, surveys are enabled to send at the conclusion of an event. To review your survey settings:
- Navigate to your Account Home and select the event you'd like to edit.
- Click on the Settings tab
- Select the Notifications sub-tab
- Check the Survey box.
- You can also use a custom survey by checking the Use custom survey box. View this article to learn more about sending custom surveys
- Click save.
Use the View Preview button to learn more about the content of the survey, or you can view a preview of the survey here.
Viewing your survey results
Brazen will send you survey results within 7-10 days from email@example.com. Contact your Brazen Account Manager for additional details.
