You can choose which rating scale is displayed to Representatives after their booth chats with Attendees - "Star Ratings" or "Next Steps."
To select the rating scale used for booth chats in your event, from your Event Home, click Settings in the sidebar, then Chats.
Then, click the drop down arrow on the Chat Ratings section to view and assign a scale for each booth in your event, and save.
- Interview (Move forward)
- Screen (Screen further)
- Pipeline (Consider for future)
- Not a fit (No action needed)
- N/A Did not Chat
"Star Ratings" are recommended for non-hiring related events.
Your account's default Chat Ratings scale is set by your Account Manager. To have this changed, reach out to them or submit a help request.
"Next Steps" is the only scale available for Job booths and Scheduled Chats, and the scale is always set to "Star Ratings" for Open Networking booths.
All chat ratings can be found within a given Representative's History.
