What images can I upload to my event?

ORGANIZATIONAL LOGO

Recommended Size and File Type: 150x150 pixels. Must be a jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, or tiff file.

How to add it in Control Center: By default, the landing page and event reminder emails will utilize the organizational logo on your Account Home.

  • To edit the landing page logo, select the Template or Event of interest. Navigate to the Landing Screen tab, then Content.
  • To edit the event reminder email logo, select the Template or Event of interest. Navigate to the Settings Tab, then Notifications.  

LANDING PAGE BACKGROUND IMAGES

Recommended Size: For optimal viewing, the image should be at least 1280x1024 pixels (Recommended: 1600x1067 pixels), 300dpi is preferred. 

How to add it in Control Center: Click to edit the Template or Event of interest. Navigate to the Landing Screen tab, then Design. You can use the available stock images, or upload a custom image.

 

BOOTH IMAGE

Recommended Size and File Type: 500px x 300px. Must be a jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, or tiff file.
 
Where it displays: In the event lobby above the booth title
 

BOOTH LOGO

Recommended Size and File Type: 150x150 pixels. Must be a jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, or tiff file.

Where it displays: In the event lobby, and inside the booth next to the booth title.

BANNER IMAGE

Recommended Size and File Type: 1024x355 pixels. Must be a jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, or tiff file.

Where it displays: In the header section of each tab within a booth.
