The Manage Recruiters feature can be used to assign recruiters to jobs, unassign recruiters from jobs, and view which recruiters are currently assigned to certain jobs.
Here’s how you can manage recruiter assignments in Brazen:
- Log into Brazen and click on the Jobs page
- Select any jobs on which you’d like to take a certain action
- Click on the More Options icon (“...”)
- Select Manage Recruiters
After clicking “Manage Recruiters”, a new window will appear showing which of your recruiters are currently assigned to the jobs you selected. The checkbox to the left of each recruiter’s name will tell you if the recruiter is assigned to all the jobs you selected, some of the jobs you selected, or none of the jobs you selected.
A box with a check mark means that the recruiter is currently assigned to all the jobs you selected. A blank box means that recruiter is currently not assigned to any of the jobs you selected. A box that is half checked means that the recruiter is assigned to some, but not all of the jobs you selected. You can see exactly how many of the jobs each recruiter is assigned to by looking at the number to the right of each recruiter’s name.
From this window you can also take actions on any of the listed recruiters, such as assigning them to jobs or unassigning them from jobs. Any action you take for an individual recruiter will apply to all the jobs you’ve selected.
For instance, let’s say you’ve selected 3 jobs and Recruiter A is currently assigned to 1 out of the 3 jobs. A half-checked box would appear next to Recruiter A, letting you know that the recruiter is only assigned to some of the jobs you selected. By checking the half filled-in box next to Recruiter A, you can assign them to all 3 of the jobs you selected. You can also click the checkbox a second time so that it appears blank -- doing this would unassign Recruiter A from the 1 job to which they are currently assigned.
Although you can change a half-checked box to a fully checked or blank box, you will not be able to return any boxes to the half-checked state by clicking the box. If you’d like to return any box to a half-checked state, you can hit Cancel and restart your assignments.
Once you’ve taken the appropriate actions, just hit Save and the actions you took will be saved across all the jobs you selected. You can also use the same process to manage recruiters for a single job, rather than multiple jobs.
Unassigning recruiters via this method would overrule any job feed rules created but it would not override a recruiter assigned to a job directly within the feed.
