Within this report, you can see how many people viewed each section (Section Impressions), how many people clicked on each section (Sections Clicks), and the clickthrough rate for each section. This report will include data such as:

  • The title of the section
  • The date the section was created
  • The date the section was deleted on (if it was deleted)
  • Section Impressions
  • Section Clicks
  • Clickthrough rate

To download a report showing the analytics of individual FAQs:

  1. Go to the Reports page in Brazen
  2. Under “Select a Report” select FAQBot Question Report
  3. Choose a date range
  4. Hit Generate and your report will automatically download

Similar to the Section Report, the Question Report will show the impressions and clicks for each question. Since job seekers now have the ability to upvote/downvote any question (see image below), this report will also contain data on how helpful the answers are to job seekers.

The Question Report will include the following data points:

  • The section where the question can be found
  • The name of the question
  • The date on which the question was deleted (if it was deleted)
  • Question Impressions
  • Clicks to view the answer to each question
  • How many "Helpful" clicks each question received
  • How many "Not Helpful" clicks each question received
  • % Not Helpful vs. Helpful

As an account admin, you can use these reports to gain insight into how job seekers are engaging with each of your FAQs, and make changes based on candidate feedback. For example, if a particular FAQ is not getting clicks, or voted as not helpful, you can update the language of your questions in your FAQ Library.
