Connect Your Account
1. From your Account Home in Brazen, select Settings, then Integrations.
2. Click New, then under Vendor, select "iCIMS."
3. Enter a Name for the integration, your API Username and Password, and your Customer Id.
4. Once you click Save, we'll ask your system to verify the credentials you provided.
5. If the verification is successful, you can choose the new integration you created under Push Contacts.
6. Then, click Test to send test data to your iCIMS account to confirm the integration is working. Test data for iCIMS includes the following:
- First Name: Brazen
- Last Name: TestContact
- Email: test+contact@brazen.com
- Phone: +15555555555
- City: Arlington
- State: VA
- Country: USA
Field Mappings
Brazen automatically maps the below standard iCIMS text fields for each contact created or updated.

Contact your Brazen Account Manager if you'd like to push Brazen contacts that were created before your integration was enabled for iCIMS. |
Enable Last Submitted Resume
You can also receive resumes from candidates attending your events using the iCIMS integration.
After your integration is completed, go to the Contact Field Mapping tab.
Under the File Fields section, check Enable Field for Brazen Last Submitted Resume. This collects and sends updated versions of candidate resume files to your CRM or ATS automatically.
