- From your Account Home, select Settings in the sidebar.
- Select either Career Site Plugin or Job Req Plugin.
- Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the code listed under Code snippet.
Then, provide us the URL for your Job Feed. We require job feeds to follow the Brazen Job Feed Schema. For more information on Job Feeds, see this article. If you don't have a job feed, let your Account Manager know and we can look into producing this for you.
Provide us with email addresses for your recruiters so we can set up their user accounts and provide them access to the Recruiter View in Brazen.
Then, contact your Account Manager to run a 15 minute test screen share to ensure that the BrazenBot is working correctly on your site.
Customizing Your BrazenBot
There are a number of ways you can customize the BrazenBot to make the language and theme align with your branding and preferences.
For the expanded view of the BrazenBot, you can choose the Chatbot Image and Chatbot Name that will initially greet job seekers (maximum of 25 characters).
To change the Chatbot Image and Name, from your Account Home, select Settings, then General Plugin Settings.
You can also individually customize the background color, accent color, logo, button shape, button text, and headline displayed on the Career Site BrazenBot and the Job Req BrazenBot.
Under Settings, select Career Site Plugin or Job Req Plugin to make your customizations.
Adding Custom Engagement Options
In addition to the standard BrazenBot options of chatting live with a recruiter or signing up for a virtual Brazen event, you can add up to three custom engagement options for your candidates. Custom engagement options could include things like inviting candidates to connect with you on LinkedIn, or letting them know how to sign up for in-person events.
- From your Account Home, select Settings, then either Career Site Plugin or Job Req Plugin.
- Then, select the Custom Engagement Options tab.
- Here, you can indicate the Button Text and corresponding URL for each custom option.
- Then, click Save.
Please note: Custom engagement options display below your other engagement options (QuickChat, event signup, or FAQs).
