A Job Feed is an XML file taken from your organization's ATS, and contains information related to each one of your jobs, including their Job Title, Job Description, Location, Recruiter Email, and Apply URL.
Send your ATS job feed link to your Brazen Technical Implementation Specialist in order to have your jobs imported. Since your job feed reflects live updates from your ATS, any changes that are made to jobs there are also reflected in our system.
We require that your job feed follows the Brazen Job Feed Schema. Test your file against this to see if your feed matches or use the schema to auto-generate the code for modeling a compliant job feed.
Track Apply Clicks
You can track how many candidates are moving to the application stage after chatting with a recruiter on jobs that you've imported from your job feed.
To get this extra insight, create a unique link for each job with Brazen listed as the source. Then, include them in the <applyurl> field of your job feed.
After a QuickChat ends associated with a job ingested through your feed, candidates are presented with an Apply Now button that links to its unique Apply URL.
