Reps can access this feature.
 Available to reps in the Open HouseExpo and Mixed Networking event types.

Reps can use this feature to save canned responses during chats to use across chats in any event they are assigned to.


Reps must be in a chat in an event with this feature enabled to use Snippets.

To use Snippets during a live event

  1. Send one or more messages to the participant you're chatting with.
  2. Hover over the message you want to save and click the + message icon to store it. 
  3. To access your stored Snippets, click the message icon next to the message input area. 
  4. To remove a Snippet, access stored Snippets and hover over the one you want to delete. Click the trash can icon that appears.

Tip: Each rep can store up to 20 Snippets to access across their events.
