Our representatives are working the event in shifts. How should we add them to our booths?

Since participants can see the registration info of the representatives they are chatting with, it’s important to have each and every representative register individually for optimum one-on-one chat experiences.

Tips for success:

  1. We encourage all representatives to complete their registrations in advance, and to fully fill out their Registration form information.

  2. When the event is live, representatives can then log into their account from the Event page once it’s their shift time, set their status to "Available," and click the green "Chat" button to begin their shifts.

  3. Please keep in mind the total number of representative seats granted in your Event package (if applicable) when scheduling your representatives’ shifts.
