There may be a wait time to speak with a representative or another participant based on how many people are available.
Please make sure that you have a strong internet connection, are using a supported browser, have your status set to "Available" and have clicked the "Chat" button.
Please note the "Chat" button will not appear until the event has begun.
Participants are able to get in multiple lines at once. If you see participants in line in your booth but have not received an invitation to chat, it may be because:
- Participants are in a chat in another booth
- Participants in line have already chatted with all available representatives in your booth once (default setting prevents them from reconnecting with the same representative)
- Participants in line have temporarily set their status to "Away" (keeps their place in line)
