If your representatives have not yet completed their registration, you will see a red "No" listed next to their name in your booth.
While you have submitted the contact information for your representatives for the event, they will still need to complete the representative registration form. This is required for them to participate in the event. This registration is used as a personal profile that is visible to participants during the one-on-one text conversations.
After you added representatives, they received an email titled “You are Invited to [EVENT NAME]”. Sometimes this email redirects to spam, so we recommend searching for the event title. Please also make sure that you submitted your representatives with the correct email address.
If a representative cannot find the email, please have them him or her submit a ticket and we can issue new instructions.
