Locate Your Brazen Instructions Email
If you are assigned as a Representative in an event, 24 hours before the event you will receive a reminder email with instructions for logging in. The email will be from the address notifications@brazen.com.
If you did not receive a reminder email and are unable to locate the login link for your event, please log in directly to app.brazenconnect.com or Submit a Help Request.
Log Into Your Event & Set Up Your Rep Profile
Before your event starts, click Set Up My Profile or RSVP Now in the notification email.
If it’s your first time participating in a Brazen event, you are prompted to set up a password.
To confirm you're successfully logged in as a Representative, look for "Representative" or "Rep" underneath your name in the left-hand control panel.
Then, you must complete your Rep Profile using the same email address that you receive notifications from Brazen in order to participate in the event.
Your Public Profile information is displayed to event participants during chats. Anything under the Private Information section is viewable only by you.
If you’d like to receive SMS text notifications, check the “I want to receive text reminders and alerts for events” box.
Once you've set up your Rep Profile, you can login to any upcoming Brazen events you're assigned to with the same email address and password and be automatically registered. And, if needed, you can edit your Rep Profile at any time before or during an event.

Enter the Event Lobby & Access Your Booth(s)
In the Event Lobby, a "Your Booth" label appears on any booth(s) you are assigned to, or click "Your Booths" in the top navigation.
- If the event is live, you will see a Chat Availability toggle in the control panel. Set it to "Available."
- Click "Enter" on a booth's card to enter your booth.
- You will see a green button labeled "Chat" at the top of your booth. Click this button to begin engaging in 1-on-1 chats with Attendees in line for your booth. For each booth your are assigned to, you will need to enter it and click the green "Chat" button.
If nothing happens after you click "Chat", and your status is “Waiting to chat”, that means there currently no Attendees waiting in line in your booth. You will automatically be placed into chats with Attendees as they become available.
If you need to take a break for any reason, just toggle your Chat Availability to "Away".
