How do I edit my registration? (Participants)

You will need to log into an event to edit your registration. The images associated with each step represent every page or screen change that you will experience along the way. You can compare the images to your screen to determine which step you're on. Click on any of the images to see a larger view.

Step 1. Navigate to the Event Landing Page

Use the login URL provided in your confirmation email to access the live event. If you have already created an account, you can click to login at the top right of the page.

Step 2. Sign Into Your Account

You will be prompted to enter your email address and password, and then directed to the event lobby.

Step 3. Enter the Event

You will be taken to the event lobby after you complete your registration form. You will see a welcome window where you can click "Enter Event" to confirm your attendance for the event.

Step 4. Find and Click the Registration Icon

When you enter an event you will see a black navigation bar at the top of your page. This navigation bar will always be visible while in an event. This is where you will locate the "Registration" icon. This icon will always take you to the event registration form.

Step 5. Edit the Event Registration Form

Here you'll be able to edit any of the registration fields. Remember to save any changes before leaving this page or your profile will not be updated.
