You must change your chat availability in the event to start or stop accepting live chats.
To start accepting chats in your assigned booth(s):
- Toggle on Chat Availability in the event control panel. This toggles your chat availability across the event.
- To accept chats in your booth(s):
- In a single booth: Enter the desired booth and click the Chat button to match with the next chat request.
- In multiple booths: Click Search Booths in the event control panel. Toggle on each booth you want to chat in.
You'll be placed in a chat as soon as you are matched with an attendee. Read our Why am I not being connected with chats in the event article for information about chat connections.
If you need to step away from the event, toggle off Chat Availability in the event control panel.
