How do I begin chatting?

You will need to be in a booth to enter a chat line. The button to get in line will only be visible when an event is live. This button will not be visible if you log into an event before it starts.

The images associated with each step represent every page or screen change that you will experience along the way. You can compare the images to your screen to determine which step you're on. Click on any of the images to see a larger view.

Step 1. Find the Button to Get in Line

When you enter a booth you will see a green icon, that says "Get In Line", at the top right of your page. This icon will only be visible if the event is live and you are not already waiting in line to chat. You will need to click this button if you want to chat with a representative.
