Booth: Hiring for Multiple Positions

First impressions matter. When participating in our virtual events, your booth will be a candidate's first impression and likely influence them to stick around for a conversation. There are a number of ways to make a great booth and they all include adding information to each tab.

 

Home Tab Inspiration

Below you can see a few different examples of company career fair booths. Each booth is unique and shows how you can customize the information presented in your Home Tab.

Example 1.

Logo

The content in this company's tab explains a little bit about the company and the benefits of being an employee. This content focuses on potential candidates and starting a conversation. 

 

 Example 2.

Logo

The content in this tab summarizes the company and its responsibilities. This section also briefly mentions the perceived value and importance of current and future team members without being too specific about job opportunities.

 

 Example 3.

This company has chose to describe the field in which they are hiring and the disciplines that are included within. This does a great job giving an overview while saving specific job opportunity information for the Opportunities Tab.

 

Opportunities Tab Inspiration

Below you can see a few different examples of company career fair booths. Each booth is unique and shows how you can customize the information presented in your Opportunities Tab.

 Example 1.

Logo

This company decided to change the tab title from "Opportunities" to "Job Openings". This can only be done if content has not been submitted in the Opportunities Section. This company also decided to used this tab to list their available jobs and locations.

 

 Example 2.

This company decided not to modify the tab title and left it as "Opportunities". They decided to mention some of the qualities and experiences that a candidate, interested in their company, might possess or value. This section also lists available jobs and their locations. Jobs and locations listed in the Opportunities Section will show up as blue hyperlinks. Clicking on these jobs will take you to a website with more information about the position. Finally, they offer a link to their website's career listing page.

 

 

Example 3. 

This company also decided to mention some of the characteristics that prospective candidates might possess. They have also listed their featured and future opportunities. They decided to use the Opportunities Section to list these future opportunities. 

 

About Us Tab Inspiration

Example 1.

This company decided to keep the default tab name and use an embedded video describing the company culture. They also listed some important information about the specific job sector within the company.

 

 Example 2.

This company decided to keep the default tab name as well. They used this tab to list some additional resources and information about the company. 

 

 Example 3.

This company also kept the default tab name and embedded a video about their company. They also used this tab to describe their company vision and their core values.

 

 

 

These are just a few examples of how you can choose to use the About Us tab when creating your booth.
