I am not being connected with participants in the event.

Make sure you have clicked the green button to "Chat" in the live event and that your status is set to "Available". Please check the wait time on your status box in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

If you are still not being connected, then it is possible that:

  1. Participants are in a conversation with another event participant
  2. No participants are available to chat. During the live event you will not be connected to the same participant multiple times.
  3. Check your internet connection to confirm you have a no internet latency issues.
