About Brazen Live Chat Support
In addition to 24/7 Web Support via the 'Submit a Request' Form on the Help Center, Brazen Administrators, Booth Owners and Representatives also have access to 24/7 Live Chat Support on Brazen's Control Center. Live Chat will connect users to a Brazen Support agent who can quickly assist with platform-related questions and provide relevant Help Center resources, and/or help troubleshoot any issues.
Accessing Live Chat
Administrators, Booth Owners and Representatives can access Live Chat Support by logging in to the Brazen Control Center and then clicking the blue "Chat Support" button at the very bottom left of the screen.
After clicking the button, a chat box will expand, where you can select your user type (Event Admin, Booth Owner or Representative) and send a short message detailing your issue. After all of the information is added, click "Start chatting" to be connected to a Brazen Support team member.
If you have previously chatted with Support, your information may be auto-filled. If you'd like to change the email address provided to the support team or change your display name, you can click the pencil icon to customize your details in the "Introduce yourself" section.
When to Use Live Chat
As a best practice, we recommend using Live Chat Support for more time-sensitive questions or issues, typically related to a live event. If you are in a live event and need to reach out to Support for immediate assistance, you can always open up your Brazen Control Center in a new tab or window, while you are still in the event.
Note: This live chat widget is only available in the Brazen Control Center, and will not be visible inside of an event. If you are a representative staffing an event who would like to reach out to Support via Live Chat, please open a new browser window and log in to Brazen Control Center to begin chatting with a Support agent.
