If you are in a live event and need to reach out to Brazen Support, open your Brazen Control Center in a new tab or window to access Live Chat Support. You do not need to exit your event. |
Log in and click Chat Support at the bottom of the screen.
If you have previously chatted with Brazen Support, your information may be auto-filled. To change your email address or display name, click the Edit icon and make any desired changes.
Select your user group from the dropdown menu and enter a brief summary of the issue in the Message field.
Then, click Start Chatting. You'll be connected immediately with a Brazen support agent who'll be happy to help you with platform-related questions and troubleshooting.
