In order to add a PDF to your event booth, you will need to host the PDF online as an image file. If your organization already uses a content management system, you can upload your PDF into that system in order to add it to your booth. If you do not have an existing tool, you can sign up for a free account with an image management platform like Cloudinary.
Follow the steps below to add your PDF to an event or booth.
Once you have hosted your PDF online as an image file, copy the URL for that image.
Login to your Brazen account and navigate to the event you'd like to edit.
When you locate your event, click Settings > Event Content > Content Block > Add
- Click the picture icon in the body section of the page and add the link you copied in Step 1 to the Source field. Click Ok. Note that all Brazen text fields are rich text, so you can follow the same steps inside a booth content block.
- An image of your PDF will be added to the body of the content block. Resize it to your desired size and Save.
- If your PDF is multiple pages, just repeat the steps stacking the images on top of one another in the content block.
