Scheduled Chats are automatically facilitated one-on-one connections between Representatives and select Attendees at preset time slots during the event. It is a powerful feature that allows your booth’s Representatives to ensure chat connections with preferred candidates.

How to Enable Scheduled Chat for Your Booth Representatives
If you are a Booth Owner who has been given the ability to enable Scheduled Chat for your booth’s Representatives:
- Simply select the Enable Scheduled Chat checkbox when adding new Representatives:
- For Representatives who have already been assigned to a booth, select to Enable Schedule Chat:
Support your Representatives for Scheduled Chats by providing them this resource.
This allows Account Administrators and approved Booth Owners to screen registrants and select candidates to refer to their Representative hiring managers.
