Brazen events let you connect one-on-one with the people behind the job posts and accelerate the process of finding a job you love. Whether you're attending an event online, in-person, or both, getting started with Brazen events is quick and easy.
If all or part of your event is online, log in at the appointed time from any internet-connected device with an up-to-date browser.
Once inside the Lobby, you can explore a variety of booths. Booths let you discover valuable information and participate in different ways, such as chatting or watching live video broadcasts.

Register for the Event
Follow the Event URL to access the event Landing Page. If you have already created an account, click Login. If you have not created an account, click Register Now, and enter your name and email address to create your account. If you would prefer, you can register and log in using Single-Sign On (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google). You will receive an email asking you to verify your account. Be sure to complete this verification as soon as possible!
Next, complete the event registration form. Every event has a unique registration form, so you must submit new registration information for each event you attend. The information you provide is compiled into your personal profile to help event organizers prepare, and it is also shared with booth Representatives to save you valuable time during the event.
Log In to the Event
The confirmation email you receive for the event contains a Login button that takes you to the Login page, or use the event URL you were provided.
Enter the email address you used to register and your password. If you registered with Single-Sign On, you can login by clicking your SSO method. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? and follow the instructions to reset it.
After logging in to the event, read and click through or dismiss the Welcome slides and enter the Event Lobby.
Getting Around the Event
In the Event Lobby, you can review event content, available booths, and the event schedule.
Events can include a variety of booth types. Look at the icon or icons at the top of the booth's Lobby Card to identify its type.
Content Only — A booth that hosts multimedia content for you to explore, such as text, images, or maps. If enabled, you may also leave a note with questions or comments about the booth's content.
Text Chat — A booth where you can connect in one-on-one video and audio chats.
Video and Audio Chat — A booth where you can connect in one-on-one video and audio chats.
Group Video Chat — A booth where you can connect with a group of up to 9 people at once in a video chat.
Live Video Broadcast — A scheduled, live video broadcast where presenters can host webinars and panel-style conversations.
Leave a Drop-Off Note
Some booths you visit may allow you to leave a Drop-Off Note to request more information, check in, or ask questions without chatting in the booth. Your message and profile information is sent to the booth Representatives who will contact you outside of the event.
Organizations have the ability to customize this prompt, so it may not always say Leave a Note. Click the prompt to open the popup window and send a message.
Chatting In Booths
You can use Search Booths linked in the event sidebar to quickly identify booths that interest you. Click one or more of the toggles to get in line to chat at those booths.
If you enter a chat booth from the Lobby, click the green Chat button to get in line to chat with the next available Representative.
Once connected in a chat, you can ask questions and share more information about yourself and your experience. If a booth allows video and audio, the Representative may invite you to a one-on-one video or audio chat.
After your chat ends, you can write a message directly to the Representative you chatted with, rate your chat, and add private notes about the chat to review later. Click Finish to return to the Lobby.
Click History in the sidebar to view your chat history and review your notes at any point during or after the event.
